She-Hulk # 18 Delayed

What a surpise huh. Jesse O'Brien notes here:

I would like to say this is the first time delays like this have happened, but sadly, it's not the first and it certainly won't be the last. Anyone pick up the latest issue of The Incredible Hulk that leads in to the World War Hulk summer event? Long story short, Iron Man and She-Hulk fought in She-Hulk #18 and it was glossed over in the beginning of said Hulk issue.

Problem is, She-Hulk # 18 isn't even out yet. It was supposed to be out in time for the big World War Hulk start, but as of right now, it's slated to come out May 23. But after the recap in Hulk, do you even need to pick it up if you're not a fan?

I love She-Hulk.

Dan Slott missing deadlines on She-Hulk

There is a problem in comics; no, I’m not talking about the rape/murder stuff, but rather the tardiness by writers. Writers tardy wha… back in the day this would have been an unacceptable sin. Now, I guess, it’s OK if a comic book writer misses his/her deadlines. Dan Koller notes on his column that it might be hollywood that is distracting some of our storyterllers. Apprently Dan Slott, She-Hulk’s writer, is one of the most guilty. As Koller notes:
editors publicly berate Slott for missing deadlines on She-Hulk

That sounds pretty bad consiedering he isn’t working on that many things… is he? Hey Dan lets not let She-Hulk slip too much, we want the comic to keep going don't we?

-I love you She-Hulk
